Abstract

Developing new energy industry clusters is an effective measure for building a new-type power system, transforming the development mode and energy use mode, and helping to achieve the "dual carbon" goals. It is also an inevitable choice for releasing Xinjiang's energy development potential, promoting high-quality economic and social development, and improving people's livelihood. Under the preliminary framework of industrial cluster and regional sustainable development theory, this paper elaborates on the significance of new energy industry clusters for Xinjiang's high-quality economic and social development, deeply explores the opportunities and challenges it faces, and puts forward more targeted countermeasures and suggestions. The aim is to provide a reference for further cultivating and strengthening new energy industry clusters and promoting Xinjiang's high-quality economic and social development.
